How It Works

  • 1. Consultation

To start the process I encourage you to read the Bespoke FAQs and then complete the form below with as much information as you can provide. Let me know the why, the when, and detail your wildest dreams personified in a piece. It would also be beneficial to know your budget, materials and stones you have in mind. You can include images, so if you are drawing on inspiration from any of my previous work (check out the Bespokes Gallery here) or wanting to remodel your existing pieces, include this and any further design ideas you want to share regarding your forever piece.

  • 2. Design + Quote

One we’ve nailed your vision, I'll provide design options for you to review. You'll receive sketches or videos of a wax prototype along with a quote. This part of the process is a collaboration as we’ll refine the design together until it is exactly what you want. To continue forward, after confirming your design, either full payment or a 50% deposit is required. This allows me to source stones and materials to begin your piece.

  • 3. Making

I will then make your bespoke in my studio, first producing the wax model and then sending it to be cast locally in Brighton. Once it is back, I will finish your piece using traditional techniques. You can read about my making process here. Depending on the complexity, the making process typically takes 7-11 weeks, which includes hallmarking time.

  • 4. Delivery

It’s time to receive your piece! Once complete, the remaining balance is due before delivery. Your bespoke will then be placed inside a carefully curated RSJ jewellery box, wrapped in RSJ colour tissue and include an information card and jewellery cloth. If you would like me to address the card to someone in particular or leave it blank, let me know. Your finished jewellery will be sent via insured post, with tracking provided.

  • 5. Aftercare & Warranty

Your bespoke piece is now yours forever and will be under warranty for a 12 month period. Read about the full warranty I provide on bespoke pieces here. My service includes cleaning, resizing, and maintenance to ensure your bespoke piece is the best it can be. I also love receiving testimonials about your experience, as well as seeing your try on pics on social media! So please do send me your images on Instagram and leave me any feedback via email.
