Your Jewellery Warranty
Warranty Period
Your jewellery is protected by a 12-month warranty, starting from your purchase date. During this period, I will repair any faults free of charge when the piece has been worn normally.
How to Make a Claim
Should you need to make a claim, please email hello@rachelstrange.com with:
- Your proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the affected area
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Loose stones (within the first 12 months)
- Faulty clasps or broken chains (due to craftsmanship)
Should you need to discuss any of the below past the 12 month deadline, please contact me:
- General wear and tear e.g., scratches, tarnishing, fading that requires maintenance.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Loss of stones after the 12-month period (Replacement of these will incur the cost of the stone & any additional materials required only).
- Alterations or repairs by third parties
